Trip to Mirror Lake, UT Labor Day Weekend

View of the kitchen. We got the stove from Cabella's. The coffe pot on top works good. It seems slow but we are used to a Bunn pot. It's better than having grounds in the coffee like the old camp fire pots used to be. We haven't used the oven yet but we plan to have biscuits and gravy. Under the wash tub is the silverware drawer. It keeps things clean and organized. The tub lifts out for dumping the water out. The stove is mounted on a slide out platform. It gets the heat away from the wood so there is less chance of fire.
We have a tent next to the Teardrop for getting dressed. We can also move our chairs in the tent to get away from bugs at night on warm nights. People probably think why have the Teardrop if you are going to set up a tent anyway. But they have never had a Teardrop experience. Nothing like having a good comfortable bed instead of sleeping on the ground.
Jean and I at Mirror Lake. View from the top of the mountain. Labor Day Weekend was the last weekend for the year. They close the park down for the winter because the roads are to hard to keep open. It is a beautiful area with a lot of lakes. Some of the lakes are just a pond but labeled a lake none the less. None of the lakes allow motorized boats so it is nice and peaceful.
